What is our return policy?


You may return or exchange Amee Philips creations purchased through the Amee Philips E-Store within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery, provided your creation is in its original packaging, in new and unused state, in perfect condition with all protective materials in place, documents intact, and tags and stickers attached to them. Amee Philips will not accept return or exchange if the product shows sign of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way. If the creation you choose is more expensive than the one purchased, you will be charged the additional amount. If the creation you choose is of lesser value, your credit card will be credited the difference. You are also welcome to visit an Amee Philips boutique in Malaysia to return your creation for exchange. No refunds will be issued at Amee Philips boutiques.

Should you wish to make a return or exchange, kindly get in touch with us through email or phone and we will guide you through the process for returning the items.




Do I need to contact Customer Service to request a return?


Yes, it is necessary for you to first be in touch with us via email or phone, prior to sending the parcel(s) back to Amee Philips in order for us to process your return request accurately.




Are returns free?


Note that the cost of the return parcel will be borne by you. We recommend shipping the parcel with FedEx which includes tracking.
