What are the shipping fees?

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping for any purchase from the Amee Philips E-Store.

What shipping options are available?

You may choose home delivery or self-collection from our Amee Philips boutiques located in Malaysia.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

*Please note that due to certain restrictions from some countries and service providers due to COVID-19, we are experiencing longer shipping and delivery times than usual. All our creations seen on our Website are custom made in our workshop by skilled craftsmen. Some of the creations in our E-Store are made to order and may take one to two weeks for our craftsmen to complete. Items that are in ready stock will be shipped within the next working day. If you would like to confirm the availablity of the creations and shipping times, please contact us by email or phone and we would be delighted to assist you.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Your order will be shipped through an express service and will reach you within 2-5 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email and tracking number. If you require a faster method of delivery, please contact us by email or phone and we will do their best to accommodate your request.

What if the product(s) I received is wrong?

We're incredibly sorry if the product you received is different from the one that you ordered. Please contact us by email or phone within 30 days and we will be sure to get you the Amee Philips creations you ordered.

Will I be charged handling fees, duties, and taxes?

You may be charged duties, taxes, or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country as your order passes through customs, in addition to handling/storage fees imposed by the courier (if applicable). Any charges on a parcel shall be paid and borne by the person/company receiving the parcel. If required by local authorities, the courier company may reach out to you for official documents, such as tax invoices or proof of payment, to facilitate customs clearance.

Amee Philips has no control over these charges and are unable to advise you on what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, to confirm your local tax and duty fees.
